Head of Financial Business Partnering

About the Role
European Lifecare Group is looking for a Head of Financial Business Partnering who will play a key role in strengthening the link between finance and the business. The role combines classic financial business partnering with a strong strategic dimension, contributing to business development, investment decisions and analysis of new growth opportunities.

The position reports to the Group CFO and offers close interaction with senior leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and further develop the Financial Business Partnering function
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes across the organization
• Act as a financial sparring partner to leadership and business areas
• Develop and review business cases for growth initiatives and investments
• Support business development initiatives through financial and strategic analysis
• Contribute to analyses related to potential acquisitions, investments and partnerships
• Further develop KPI structures, performance management and management reporting
• Identify value creation opportunities through data-driven analysis

Your Profile
We are looking for a profile who thrives at the intersection of finance, strategy and business development.

• Proactive, curious and business-oriented
• Strong interest in strategy, business development and value creation
• Experience with or interest in building business cases for M&A, investments and strategic projects
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear decision support
• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and acting as a trusted sparring partner
• Solid experience from financial business partnering, consulting, corporate finance or transaction services
• A relevant master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar
